Residents are reminded of the recent notice from the City of Cape Town regarding the rationing of water in Cape Town effective immediately. The rationing will lead to intermitted supply and will most likely occur during peak consumption hours. Please be aware that during this time, units may experience low pressure and some floors will most likely not receive water. Residents are cautioned to make provision for the rationing. Please ensure that all taps are closed when not in use to prevent damage when the supply comes back.

Residents are encouraged to watch this space for regular updates and communicate any feedback/input/complaints with the Building/General Manager, Daphne Bolton.
