Facilities
The Knightsbridge Facilities are for the exclusive use of Owners and Residents and available everyday between 05H00 and 22H00. Under no circumstances are members of the general public allowed to use these facilities. Visiting guests of Owners and Residents may use the facilities, subject to the Owner or Resident, being present throughout the use of the facilities. A detailed outline of all rules/regulations governing Knightsbridge, can be found in the Conduct Rules, which is available under documents.
Gymnasium
The complex has the luxury of a gymnasium that is situated right next to the main entrance of the Tower block. The facility overlooks the swimming pool and has a view of the canal. The rules governing the use of this facility, is available in the gymnasium.
Swimming Pool
The complex boasts a 20M heated indoor swimming pool that faces the Intaka Island Nature Reserve. The swimming pool is fairly deep and no life-guard is employed, or on duty. The rules governing the use of this facility, is available in the swimming pool area.
Jacuzzi
Right next to the swimming pool is a large Jacuzzi. When relaxing inside and with the water bubbling, users experience serenity while surrounded by nature. The same rules governing the use of the swimming pool is applicable to the Jacuzzi.
Sauna & Steam Room
The complex boasts a modern sauna, as well as a Steam room that are on the same level as the swimming pool. Users simply need to press the security button to alert a friendly staff member, that will switch-on the facilities.
Executive Lounge
The Executive Lounge is available to Owners and Residents and may be reserved at a prescribed booking fee as determined by the Board of Trustees. The rules governing this facility, is available at the entrance to the facility.
Braai Area
The braai area is situated in a secluded garden outside the swimming pool area on the banks of the canal. It has a superb view of the Intaka Island Nature Reserve. The rules governing the use of this facility, is available at the braai area.
